Traditional crushers with screen plates clog within minutes when processing coal gangue, shale, or similar materials with moisture over 10%, leading to production shutdowns and frequent hammer replacements. Huashengming Double-Stage Screenless Crusher (SCF Series) completely eliminates the screen plate and features dual-rotor two-stage crushing – it never clogs on high-moisture materials, making it the ideal fine crushing solution for brick, building material, mining, power, and other industries.
1. Screenless Design – Never Clogs

The most revolutionary feature of the SCF series is the complete removal of the bottom screen plate. Material discharges directly after crushing with no obstruction. Whether handling wet coal gangue with 20%–30% moisture, coal slime straight out of water, or shale soaked in a rainy yard, the machine runs smoothly without any clogging. Brick plants can operate normally even during the rainy season, significantly increasing annual working days.

2. Dual-Rotor Two-Stage Fine Crushing – Stable and Controllable Discharge Fineness
Two independent motors drive the upper and lower rotors, both rotating at high speed simultaneously. Material enters the crushing chamber, is first coarse-crushed by the upper rotor hammers, then immediately falls into the lower rotor area for a second high-speed impact. Meanwhile, materials collide and rub against each other inside the chamber, creating a “hammer-on-material, material-on-material” composite crushing effect. The final discharge particle size is stably controlled below 3 mm, with over 85% under 2 mm. This fineness perfectly meets the requirements for internal fuel additives in solid bricks and hollow bricks, and is also suitable for coal powder preparation in power plants and fine grinding feed in mineral processing plants.
3. Wear-Resistant Combined Hammers + Shift-and-Adjust Technology

Hammers are the most critical wear parts. The SCF series uses hammers cast from high-alloy wear-resistant material (containing chromium, molybdenum, etc.) for high hardness and good toughness – service life is 2–3 times that of ordinary high-manganese steel hammers. The combined hammer-and-handle design means only the hammer head needs replacement when worn; the handle can be reused for a long time. In addition, shift-and-adjust technology is available as an option: when hammers become worn, instead of immediate replacement, simply adjust the gap between the hammers and the liner plate to restore crushing performance. With 2–3 adjustments, one set of hammers achieves a total service life equivalent to three ordinary sets, reducing maintenance costs by over 40%.
4. Hydraulic Opening – Quick Single-Person Maintenance
Traditional crushers require 2–3 workers half a day to replace hammers. The SCF series comes standard with a hydraulic opening housing. The operator simply pushes a button, and the hydraulic cylinder smoothly lifts the housing, exposing the crushing chamber fully. One person can quickly inspect, replace hammers, or clean the rotor – reducing maintenance downtime by over 60%.

Yulin, Shaanxi (coal gangue brick plant): An SCF1000×1000 processes wet coal gangue with 18% moisture. It ran continuously through an entire rainy season without clogging, with stable output of 80 t/h.
Meishan, Sichuan (shale brick plant): After switching to an 800×600 double-stage crusher, the plant’s rainy-season output exceeded its dry-season output. The user commented, “This machine is not afraid of water – it is our brick plant’s savior.”
