The Challenge

Four-Roll Crusher

Traditional fine crushing often fails when facing materials like raw coal, iron ore tailings, or construction waste during rainy seasons. Conventional crushers with screens or sieve plates quickly become blinded by sticky fines, leading to frequent downtime, manual cleaning, and high maintenance costs. Furthermore, achieving a uniform 0.1-10mm output usually requires multiple machines, increasing site complexity.

Our Solution: Four-Roll Graded Crushing

We implement the HSM Four Roller Crusher as the core of this solution. By utilizing a unique vertical stack of four rollers, we transform a complex multi-stage process into a single, streamlined operation.

Phase 1: Coarse Reduction
The upper rollers handle feed sizes up to 200mm, using high-torque extrusion to break material down to intermediate sizes.

Phase 2: Precision Fining
Material falls directly into the lower rollers, where it is sheared and ground into the final 0.1–10mm range.
