Working Principle
The tooth roll crusher utilizes two wear‑resistant alloy toothed rolls that rotate in opposite directions to generate high extrusion force for crushing materials. Once the material enters the gap between the two rolls (the V‑shaped crushing chamber), it is broken down to the required particle size through squeezing, shearing, and grinding/abrasion actions.
