However, due to their high compressive strength and extreme abrasiveness, traditional impact or compression crushers often face three major challenges when processing them: First, wearing parts (like hammers and liners) wear out rapidly, leading to excessively high maintenance costs. Second, severe over-crushing generates a large amount of valueless stone powder, reducing the finished product yield. Third, the finished aggregates have a high content of needle-like and flaky particles, making it difficult to meet the strict standards of high-grade commercial concrete and large-scale infrastructure projects. Core Equipment: Flexible Double-Toothed Roll Crusher
The core of this solution utilizes Huashengming’s independently developed double-toothed roll crusher (also known as a wolf-tooth crusher). This equipment abandons the traditional “hard-on-hard” compression mode and innovatively adopts a “flexible crushing process.” Through two counter-rotating, high-strength wear-resistant toothed rollers, it applies precise shearing and tearing forces to the rock slab materials, splitting them along their natural cleavage planes to achieve highly efficient and low-consumption crushing operations.

Flexible Shearing for Superior Product Shape: Utilizing the shearing and tearing principle, it avoids over-crushing. The resulting rock slab aggregates are predominantly full and cubic in shape, with uniform gradation and an extremely low needle-like and flaky content, perfectly meeting the demands of high-standard engineering sand.

Wear-Resistant Materials to Significantly Reduce Operating Costs: The core toothed rollers are made of high-chromium manganese steel composite wear-resistant materials and undergo special heat treatment processes. This greatly extends their service life, significantly reducing consumable costs and downtime per ton of sand produced.

Intelligent Hydraulic Control for Precision and Safety: Equipped with a fully automatic hydraulic adjustment system, it precisely controls the discharge gap to ensure uniform output size. Meanwhile, the built-in hydraulic automatic yielding protection mechanism instantly yields and automatically resets when encountering uncrushable objects like iron blocks, completely eliminating the risk of jamming.

No Clogging with Wet Materials & Strong Adaptability: Its unique screenless bottom design and self-cleaning function of the roller teeth allow it to process rock slab raw materials with high mud content or high moisture smoothly, ensuring all-weather continuous production.
