Working principle
When Bucket Sand Washer begin running, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the V-belt, reducer and gears after decelerating, and the sand enters into the washing tank from the feeding trough, tumbles and grinds with each other under the driving of the impeller, removing the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, and destroying the water vapor layer that covers the sand particles for dewatering; and water, at the same time, is added to form a strong water current, which will take away the impurities and other small matters in time. Finally, the gravel is fed into discharge chute and the cleaning is complete.
