The proprietary tooth configuration strips and sheds material layers continuously. This eliminates the “blind holes” and material bridging issues that often plague conventional machines handling high-mud feeds.

4. Precision Gradation & Cubic Output
The integrated extrusion-shear action produces highly uniform, dense, cubic-shaped particles with very low needle-flake content. Real-time hydraulic spacing controls discharge from 8 to 50 mm.
Driven by robust dual-power motors, two horizontally mounted toothed rollers rotate continuously in opposite directions at synchronized speeds. When raw bulk materials enter the crushing cavity, they are caught by the heavy-duty serrations, which apply a powerful combined mechanism of extrusion, shearing, and splitting. Materials are smoothly brought down to the requested size range and gravity-discharged through the stable gap set by the intelligent hydraulic positioning system.
