A major construction aggregate supplier in Southeast Asia required a complete production line to process Bluestone (a dense, hard volcanic rock). The primary challenge was the material’s high Mohs hardness and abrasiveness, which typically leads to rapid wear of traditional crusher parts and inconsistent product sizing.
To ensure long-term stability and low operational costs, HSM engineers designed a multi-stage crushing circuit:
