1. What materials can the double-stage screenless crusher process?

It is suitable for crushing high-moisture, high-viscosity materials such as coal gangue, shale, clay, coal slime, furnace slag, construction waste, etc. Material moisture content can reach 20%–30% without clogging.

2. What is the difference between this crusher and a traditional hammer crusher?

Traditional hammer crushers have a screen plate at the bottom, which easily gets clogged with wet materials and can stall the motor. The double-stage screenless crusher completely removes the screen plate – material discharges directly after crushing, never clogs, and operates normally even on rainy days.

3. What discharge fineness can be achieved?

The discharge particle size can be stably controlled below 3 mm, with over 85% of particles under 2 mm. This fully meets the requirements for brick making, power plant coal preparation, mineral processing fine grinding, etc.

4. Are the hammers durable? Is it easy to replace them?

Hammers are cast from high-alloy wear-resistant material (containing chromium, molybdenum, etc.). Their service life is 2–3 times that of ordinary high-manganese steel hammers. The combined hammer‑and‑handle design means only the hammer head needs replacement when worn – the handle can be reused. Optional shift‑and‑adjust technology allows one set of hammers to achieve the total life of three ordinary sets through 2–3 adjustments. The housing opens hydraulically, so one person can replace hammers quickly.

5. Is the equipment complicated to operate and maintain?

Not at all. The hydraulic opening system opens the housing with one button. The dual rotors are driven by independent motors for stable operation. Daily maintenance simply involves checking hammer wear and cleaning the crushing chamber – one person can finish within half an hour.

6. What models are available? What capacities do they offer?

The SCF series ranges from 600×400 to 1400×1200, with capacities from 15 to 120 t/h. Detailed specifications are listed in the technical data sheet, or contact our engineers for selection assistance.

7. Can it process construction waste?

Yes. Construction waste such as waste bricks, waste concrete, and waste stones can be crushed by the double-stage screenless crusher to produce recycled fine aggregates for blocks or road base.

8. Why are there two power numbers for motor power?

The double-stage crusher has two independent rotors, each driven by its own motor. For example, “18.5+18.5” means the upper rotor motor is 18.5 kW and the lower rotor motor is 18.5 kW, for a total of 37 kW.

9. Does the equipment require a foundation?

Yes. It is recommended to pour a concrete foundation on hard, level ground and secure the machine with anchor bolts. We provide foundation drawings and installation guidance.
