Working Principle
Four Roller Crusher
The Four-Roll Crusher utilizes extrusion and shear forces generated by two pairs of counter-rotating rollers. Material enters the V-shaped chamber at the top for primary reduction. Gravity then pulls the material into the lower pair of rollers for secondary grinding and precision sizing. The result is a continuous, automated process that delivers perfect particle size control without manual intervention.
