  .1 Check the bearing temperature, bearing temperature does not exceed the general control of 60 ?? (Rolling does not exceed 70 ??). In the absence of a thermometer, usable surface thermometer to measure the surface temperature of the bearing housing.

 

 2. Check the lubrication system and water cooling system, with or without leakage, water leakage, noise and vibration pump operation conditions.

 

 3, Check the spare parts wear phenomenon,and whether spare parts linked loosen phenomenon or not.

 

 4, regular oil change, cleaning lubrication filter.
