HGM Series of Three-rings and Medium-speed Micro Powder Mill is widely used in making fine powder or ultra-fine powder, and the raw materials should be non-inflammable and non-explosive under the Moh's hardness less than 6 grade such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, illite, pyrophillite, barite, meerschaum, fluorite, potash ore, etc. The lifetime of spare parts is relied on the hardness of raw materials, and is lowered once the Moh's hardness is up to 4-6 grades.
 
Features:
 
Three-Ring & Medium-Speed Micro Powder Mill has high efficiency and low cost. Its capacity is raised by 40% compared with airflow mill and mix mill on the condition that the materials, the drive and the fineness of the final powder are the same. The life span of tear & wear parts is more than that of straight impact crusher and turbine mill under the circumstance of same materials and fineness of the final powder. Usually, its life span is more than one year. There is no rolling bearing and screw in the grinding cavity, so as to avoid the damage to the machine caused by tear & wear of bearing and seals and the looseness of screws. The fineness of powder can reach <=5μm with d97 once.

The material in the Silo will fall down into the Feeding tube evenly through the Vibrating Feeder, and then fall onto the upper scattering plate, after that will scatter on the gap between the roller and ring. The material into the inner wall of the rollers will be reground, and then fall down onto the lower scattering plate. And the fine powder conforms to the standard will be discharged into the Dispersive Twin-pipe Cyclone Separator, and then be discharged. And the massiveness will enter the grinding wall to be reground. The air current with the dust will enter into the lower part of the Pulse Bag Dust Catcher, and then be discharged through the Rotational Discharging Device after filtering dust.
