The circular vibrating screen is consist of vibrator, mesh box, bearing, suspension gear, and motor. HSM circular vibrating screen is made by quality stick steel plate, which give it long lifetime for running. the vibrating screen spring designed and made by our company are of high precision and efficiency. They are increasingly popular in the customers.

Features:

1.Ring groove rivet connection, advanced structure and excellent durability.

2. Designed with a simple structure, with eccentric block as excitation, strong vibrating force, low electricity consumption and low noise.

3.Uses small amplitude, high frequency and big angle structure which enables it to have high screening efficiency and great handling capacity.

4. Uses large clearance bearings and is lubricated with thin oil. It causes little noise and has a long service life.

By the motor force and adjusting the amplitude of the eccentric shaft, vibrating screen moves quickly like a circle. Materials in the sieve case can be separated and screened from the sieve pore in this process.
