The working principle of jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is an important machine in mining machinery industry. Jaw crusher is kind of old-fashioned crusher, and also is the first type of the crusher. Usually, jaw crusher can be divided into Jane put jaw crusher and Pendulum jaw crusher . Now let we see the working principle of jaw crusher.

When the jaw crusher works, its dynamic jaw  hanging in the eccentric shaft and can make swings around . The connecting rod do vertical reciprocating motion .Drive two thrust board also do reciprocating motion, then promote dynamic jaw do reciprocating motion. At last achieve breakage and discharging . This kind of jaw crusher adopts crank double linkage mechanism.  Although dynamic jaw suffer big crushing counter force , its  eccentric shaft and connecting force is not big, so usually make into large and medium-sized machine in industry to crushing hard materials.

In addition, when this crusher works, each point on the dynamic jaw  are  arc which make mandrels as center, the radius of the arc equal to the distance from this point to the axis. The arc in the top is small and lower is big.

This jaw crusher 's crushing efficiency is low and its  ratio of reduction is usually 3-6 .  Due to the trajectory is simple, it is also called simple swinging jaw crusher

Jane put jaw crusher has the advantages of the structure is compact and simple, transmission parts such as eccentric shaft force small, due to the less vertical displacement of the dynamic jaw, has less phenomenon of over broken in processing materials, the wear of dynamic jaw's  jaw plate is small.
