Treatment of Common Failure of Roller Crusher

Fault 1: Broken material is too large
Causes: (1) roller wear serious; (2) spring device compression force or pad thin; (3) discharge mouth is too large.

Fault 2: Crusher running vibration

Fault 3: The crusher drive part of the rotation but the roller does not turn

Remedy: (1) stop changing the long gear; (2) re-adjust the belt tension; (3) replace the bearing seal or bearing.
 
Fault 4: Particle size after broken is not uniform
Causes: (l) uneven wear of the roll, (2) uneven feeding uneven,
Remedy: (1) replace the roll (or fill with welding), (2) the material will be evenly distributed adjustment.
 
Fault 5: Product particle size fluctuation is too large. Spring end roller does not work.
Cause: (1) the gap between the rollers is large, (2) the spring is damaged, (3) the movable bearing is stuck,
Remedy: (1) adjust the roller gap, (2) replace the spring, (3) find out the reasons and remove.
 
Fault 6: Large current for crusher motor
Causes: (1) crushing ratio; (2) the feed size is too large.
Exclusion method: (1) adjust the crushing ratio, (2) control the feed particle size.
