Mica stone, as a common non-metallic mineral, is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, ceramics and other fields. Rough Crushing Stage

Jaw Crusher: It is suitable for primary crushing of soft mica stone (hardness of 2-3), featuring simple structure and large processing capacity.

2. Process flow design

Crushing process

Coarse crushing → medium and fine crushing → sand making → screening → sand washing → product storage. For large synthetic mica crystals, pre-treatment links (such as hook tooth crushing device) can be added to prevent equipment jamming.

Key parameter control

The screening stage needs to select the screen mesh according to the demand of the finished product (e.g. 10-20 mesh for coarse sand, 30-60 mesh for fine sand). Adjust the crusher speed and feed speed to optimise the particle size distribution.

3. Optimisation measures

Anti-blocking and uniform crushing

Adopt multi-stage crushing (e.g. pre-treatment+main crushing+hammering re-crushing), and use the double action of toggle and crushing teeth to improve uniformity. Regular maintenance of wearing parts (e.g. hammer head, screen mesh) to reduce downtime.

Environmental protection and safety

Install dust removal devices (e.g. bag filter) to control dust and safeguard the operating environment. Equipped with storage bin and closed conveyor belt to reduce noise and material scattering.
